Family Time
We got to go and visit grandparents and great grandparents this past week and the kids loved being outside. The trip anticipated some sorrow as my mother died 2 yrs ago on the day we were there, but actually, as we went through her things and spent time with family out around the things my mother loved most, we celebrated her life...and we accepted this new season we have been living out since she died. The legacy she has given to me from those before her is being passed on to my children and so many more....it was so good to be with family....we love you all! Thank you pa and all for how you loved on us! we love you!

Girls, Boys and Swimming Parties
WesleyGrant has gotten into superheros and building towers....
We are starting to slow down and begin preparing for little Karis to arrive....our friend Jackie moved in and Christel will come next! yeah! we love having them in our home!...and now the only thing before Karis' birth that remains are Swim parties!! and lots of them!!...so the kids got new swim suits today and wore them all day and outside...they were perfect for when the ice cream man came by and we got to eat strawberry ice cream bars in the heat...or at least they melted all over us. Good times....

Happy Spring and a Great Easter!
We enjoyed an easter egg hunt last saturday downtown at our old favorite park...Zilker! And this year WesleyGrant really got into the "Jesus is risen" thing. Though i couldn't find my "tomb recipe", so we had to use playdough. This Easter morning was truly filled with a sense of praise that our King was alive! It has set us in to spring here in Austin! Easter day was full of fun times with neighbors, friends and family over for Easter dinner...GREEK food! so fun!
